I’m not just your bookkeeper.

I’m a fellow operator who speaks your language and protects your profit.

From the Silicon Valley Tech Giant to the Montana Trail.

The Background. For years, I operated at the heart of the financial software world at Intuit. I saw firsthand how the right systems could empower a business—and how the lack of them could sink one. But I wasn't just watching from a cubicle; I was building my own boots-on-the-ground experience as a business owner in the Montana wilderness.

The Realization. Running an adventure and glamping business near Yellowstone taught me something the software manuals didn't: Entrepreneurship is gritty. It’s about more than just data entry; it’s about seasonal cash flow, equipment that breaks, and the need for "Quiet Realism" when looking at your bottom line.

I realized that most small business owners—whether they are running a tour company in the Rockies, managing a short-term rental portfolio, or scaling a service firm—are "flying blind." They have the passion, but they don't have the financial infrastructure to match their ambition.

The Mission. I founded Profit Ready Books® to bridge that gap. We bring the surgical precision of a global financial giant to the independent entrepreneur. We don't just "do your books"—we build the dashboard that allows you to lead your business with absolute confidence.
